How to Reserve: Make your reservation today by filling out and returning the registration with payment to Kim Hajas. Due to limited space (33 beds), reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis and will be non-refundable. Should you have to cancel, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. Once the house is filled, you may put your name on a waiting list (along with payment) as we consider reserving another house nearby. 

Location: We have reserved the same beachfront house that we gathered at for our 2018 retreat.

Cost: $150 ($100 non-refundable downpayment). This will cover the cost of two nights and 4 meals. Because we will be charged the same amount whether you can stay one or two nights, the cost cannot be discounted for one night only. 

Check In: Any Time after noon, but by 4:00 Thursday 

Check Out: 10 am Saturday 

Beds: There is a mix of bedding options, with most requiring sharing a bed (king, queen). If you do not have a person you plan to share a room/bed with, one will be chosen. If you cannot/do not want to share a bed, there are single bed options available on a first come, first serve basis at no extra cost. After that, the cost will be an additional $80 to have a large bed to yourself. 

Linens: All bedding and one set of towels will be provided. You may wish to bring an extra beach towel. 

What to Bring: Bible, favorite snack, casual clothing, flip flops, business casual for dinner if we can go to a local restaurant by then. If not, we will eat in. 

Carpooling: There is limited parking, so please try to carpool with at least 4 people. The church van will NOT be available as it will already be used that weekend. 

Meals: You will be responsible for your afternoon/evening meal on Thursday. The other 4 meals are included in your registration. Every effort will be made to accommodate those with food allergies. Just note on your registration form. 

Activities: Other than set times for sessions with our speaker and meals, there is built in a lot of unscheduled free time to fellowship and relax. The pool (historic weather temperatures are 65/46 degrees in mid-March). The pool may be still heated from when the owner is there before us, but we will not be paying the $400+ to have it heated. Information about other activity options (golf, shopping, sight seeing) will be available on Friday afternoon if you are the active type. 

Children/Babies: Only mothers with nursing babies will be permitted to bring their child. Please let us know so suitable accommodations can be made.
