Funeral Service for Theresa Marie DiNardo Schultz

Mrs. Theresa Marie DiNardo Schultz, 87, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at the Wayne T. Hospice House in Rock Hill, South Carolina., surrounded by her loving husband and daughter.

A Memorial Service for Theresa will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 18, 2020, at Harvest Baptist Church, with Reverend Marshall Fant IV officiating.

Theresa was born in the small town of Ellsworth, Pennsylvania on June 2, 1933. She was the daughter of the late James and Lena DiNardo. Theresa grew up in Ellsworth where she was a cheerleader at her local high school. Theresa’s family moved to Michigan when she was in her teens. She graduated from Northeastern High School in Detroit, MI. While working at General Motors in Detroit as a switchboard operator, she met her beloved husband Collin Charles Schultz. Theresa and Collin resided in Fort Mill, SC. She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church in Rock Hill, SC.

Theresa was a wonderful cook, decorator, and homemaker. She loved to study her Bible, entertain friends and family, and cook Italian foods. She also loved to collect bells and other collectable items. Her favorite thing was to display photos of her family and friends, especially her grand and great grandchildren.

Theresa is survived by her husband of 63 years, Collin Charles Schultz, and her two children, Sharon Marie Schultz of Detroit, Michigan, and Sandra Lee Franks and her husband Randall Dale Franks of Richmond, Virginia; five grandchildren, Ashley Nicole Schultz, Jacob Collin Franks, Joshua Christian Franks, Claire Marie Franks, and Paige Anne Franks; and her great grandchild, Aspen Quinn James; Ashley Schultz’s daughter. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Frank DiNardo, and Louis DiNardo.
