COVID-19 Update

Dear Harvest Church Family,

This morning, you received an email from me about the changes to our schedule due to the recent developments in the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our special guests, the Coffey Evangelistic Team, are still planning to be with us this coming week (March 15–20). However, we have made a few changes to limit unnecessary exposure:

·      No Dinner on the Grounds (Sunday).

·      No Youth Dodgeball event (Thursday night).

Also, we will be incorporating the following procedures:

·      When greeting one another, please do not shake hands. Wave, smile, and nod as a way of encouraging each other.

·      We will have hand sanitizer available for everyone. Please use it liberally.

·      Rather than passing the offering plates, the ushers will collect the offering in the back of the auditorium at the end of the service.

·      All ushers will wear gloves when handling money, money envelopes, and blue cards.

If you are sick or feel that you are getting sick, please stay home. We encourage anyone who is unable to come to the service to stream the services live at harvestrockhill.org/coffey-stream. Also, please let us know if you are ill so we may better serve and pray for you (email me at pastor@harvestrockhill.org).

The Scripture encourages us to be submissive to governing authorities (Romans 13:1). Therefore, we intend to follow the instructions from governing authorities about large gatherings. If the worship service must be cancelled, we will inform you as soon as possible through the church website (harvestrockhill.org) and a CallingPost phone message. We will also include posts on all our social media accounts.

Hope to see you Sunday! God bless,

Pastor Marshall
